1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your AdCTO subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month, and you will retain full access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

2. Conditional 7-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our AI audits. However, to prevent abuse of our computational resources, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following strict condition:

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase ONLY IF you have not generated any advertising audits or connected an advertising account to the platform.

Once an audit has been successfully generated, the core value of the service has been delivered, and the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

3. Renewals

We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service. Whop (our payment provider) will send a reminder email prior to any recurring charges.
