1. Description of Service

AdCTO is an AI-assisted automated auditing and reporting SaaS platform for Google Ads accounts. Our service connects strictly in read-only mode via official Google Ads API endpoints to evaluate account structure, keyword efficiency, conversion tracking health, and budget allocation.

2. Third-Party Integrations & Google Ads Authorization

By connecting your Google Ads account to AdCTO, you grant us explicit, read-only permission to access your advertising data via Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. You acknowledge that AdCTO is strictly an analytical reporting tool. We do not create campaigns, modify bids, alter targeting, or mutate your account in any way. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate administrative rights to the Google Ads account you are linking to our Service.

3. Read-Only Operations & Account Safety

AdCTO operates strictly under a read-only scope. Our system does not execute automated bidding changes, create or pause campaigns, or mutate any account settings. All optimization roadmaps and financial leakage reports are provided solely for analytical and informational purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

AI & Analytical Nature: All recommendations, financial impact calculations, and performance scores are generated using deterministic analytical formulas and Artificial Intelligence (AI) evaluation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies. AdCTO does not guarantee specific future ROI, ROAS, or ad performance outcomes. Our reports are suggestions, and the account owner maintains full discretion, risk, and responsibility for any manual changes they choose to implement within their own Google Ads environment.

"AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AdCTO expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AdCTO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall AdCTO's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amounts actually paid by you to AdCTO for the current active subscription term during which the events giving rise to the claim occurred.

5. Billing & Refund Policy

All payments and subscriptions are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy, available at https://adcto.com/refund. By purchasing a subscription and accessing the AdCTO platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We provide our analytical tools "as is" based on current account data and do not offer performance-based financial guarantees or "satisfaction" refunds.
